Simple yet informative, i have to say i am really enjoying these episodes. Nice referring to the green beans in French. Ever consider having an episode where you make an entire meal with a few courses? Keep making them and i will keep watching.
Glad to see you’re back Mr. Hazzard. I so missed you so much!
Very timely with the roasted vegetables, since so much is in season. Have you ever tried sauteed romaine lettuce? If not, you’re in for a treat. It’s one of Jim’s favorite things. I know the raw food advocates will scream, but it’s a nice for a change.
As always, kisses to you and Boy Wonder.
Hey, I’m one of those raw food advocates! But not a fanatic. You can have your romaine and saute it, too!
I am so pleased to see another segment of this. I am not a great cook and this helps me out a lot and gives me ideas. My husband loves to grill veggies, but he has never done these. I think I will buy some and totally surprise him! It will be great! Keep these coming…you need your own cooking show Mr. Hazzard!
hmmm… I can not, for the life of me, get Veoh to load this video for me. Very frustrating.
Here is an alternate link to try. Perhaps you will have more luck with MetaCafe…
I am so happy to help you out “glory”; let me know what the hubby says.
It’s good to be back Rita… as for multiple courses.. BW are you ready for that?
Don’t try and pass that on to me. My part is the easy bit. You do the work.
these videos are why i subsriced! i never steam vegetables anymore, roasting them is so much better, my favourite are cauliflower just like you did, or snow peas with a drop of sesame oil.
I definitely need to buy a oven (yes, I’m that primitive. And poor.) In the meantime all I have in my fridge right now is a cucumber and a zucchini. No I’m not kidding and yes I would appreciate a video on the subject. And BW, please get that look off your face. I have a very clean mind, thank you very much.
